However, our team is committed to accommodating your schedule to the best of our abilities. Furthermore, we would like to remind you of our cancellation policy. We kindly request 24 business hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to another client and maintain the efficiency of our operations. CANCELLATION POLICY
At CryoLAB we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients, and hence, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for both parties. Please take note of the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. - Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee. 2. Cancellation Fee: - In the event of a late cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee 30% of service value will be applied 3. No-Show Policy: - If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, a no-show fee of 30% of service value will be applied -If you're more than 15 minutes late , you're appointment will have to be rescheduled and 30% of service value fee will be applied. Please note that our cancellation policy is in place to allow us to effectively manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list.
